We're not interested in how it got this way. We'll take a look, explain what we find in plain language — in Mandarin, Cantonese or English — and set out a plan you can work through in stages you can afford.
Tell reception when you book if you'd like extra time, or if you'd prefer to just talk first with no treatment on the day.
